The content of TIVIT’s Intranet, Internet or Extranet pages, including information, specifications, diagrams, images, logos, forms, models, samples, flowcharts, computer software, texts, drawings, photographs, graphs, designs, methodologies, blueprints, business vision, operation format, services to be provided, information on solutions planned or executed for customers, and other techniques–both financial or commercial–, as well as the way how solutions are presented and the communication approach, as well as all other Business-related documents, as well as any other information disclosed by agents or contractors for the execution of Business are proprietary of TIVIT Tecnologia da Informação S.A. or third parties that have lawfully assigned their usage rights. TIVIT recognizes the Copyrights belonging to their owners.
